Our client, an industry leader in electrical systems manufacturing, is seeking a Assembler to join their team. As a USA_Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of electrical and electronic systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Heber Springs, AR

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures, installing components, units, subassemblies, wiring, and casings using rivets, bolts, soldering, and micro-welding equipment.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Clean parts using appropriate cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.
  • Pack finished assemblies for shipment and transport them to storage areas, using hoists or hand trucks, ensuring proper handling and safety.

  • No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and work in a manufacturing environment.
