Job Title: Animal Nutrition / Point of Sale Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Animal Nutrition / Point of Sale associate. This role combines expertise in animal nutrition and feed with hands-on experience in point of sale operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with customers, managing light inventory tasks, and utilizing computer systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on animal nutrition and feed products to customers.
  • Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory using computer software.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to nutrition products and sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of animal nutrition and feed products.
  • Experience with point of sale systems and sales transactions.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with inventory and sales software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or agricultural supply environment.
  • Basic understanding of livestock feeding practices.


Compensation details: 20-28 Hourly Wage
