Job Details:
- Provide anesthesiology services including medical direction and CRNA supervision
- Infrequent call coverage required
- May be required to work at other facilities as needed
- Active Ohio medical license required
- Board certification required
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days, with potential for expedited credentialing
- Administer general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma patients
- Perform spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Manage obstetrical and neurosurgical anesthesia cases including head and spine
- Handle thoracic cases and complex vascular cases
- Provide anesthesia for complex orthopedic cases
- Apply pain management techniques including post-op epidural and post-op extremity blocks
- Perform epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions
- Perform transforaminal injections for lumbar and cervical regions
- Utilize x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
- Manage ventilation and evaluate and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues
- Perform central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement
- Nearest airport is Columbus with lodging recommendations available nearby
