Fully staffed our team will have 9-10 FT CRNAS, and 5 FT MDs
Care team model
Case mix includes: General, GYN, Eyes, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, OB, Endo, Neuro, Ortho
Level 2 trauma
Daily we†ll run 5 ORs, 1 OB suite and 1 ASC/ENDO room
Notes:
If c-section occurs, Docs will come in.
Medical Direction modelâ€", Level 2 trauma, for the MED DIR position we need someone who can help us lead a team. Create ERAS programs, & various quality programs, “the Northstar way†.
MDs aren†t taking in house call, but they are on call for operative cases, CRNA covers labor epi, if trauma or c section or operative case MD will come in. MDs get PCDO
5 MDS on team, 1 at ASC (Dr. Post)
Post is going to be at the ASC, 4 days/week, running w/ CRNA salary 7a-3p.
