Aerospace Assembly Associate

Pay Rate/Range:$17/hr

Description: We are seeking an Aircraft Assembly Associate to join a local aerospace company. The Assembly Associate will perform sheet metal assembly in accordance with blueprints and established process specifications. Responsibilities include drilling and reaming close tolerance holes, installing fasteners, applying sealants, and preparing assemblies for final inspection.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have with at least 1 year or rivet or sheet metal assembly experience and at least 1 year of sealing experience
• Blueprint reading class or experience is required
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Ability to stand or walk constantly and pinch or grip tools for 7-10 hours daily
• Ability to reach for 5-6 hours, bend and stoop for 2-3 hours and lift or carry up to 50lbs

Job Type:Contract-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
