Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Administrative Accountant to assist with day-to-day office and bookkeeping operations. This is an ideal role for someone seeking flexible daytime hours in a low-stress, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & QuickBooks: Match paperwork, invoices, and packing slips with accuracy; perform general QuickBooks data entry.
• Office & Phone Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer phone calls and administrative inquiries.
• Shipping Coordination: Process and handle daily UPS outgoing shipments (typically 3-4 packages per day).
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside our remote accounting team (who handles heavy payroll and tax filings) to keep daily office workflow smooth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Working knowledge or previous experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping concepts.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable wearing a few different administrative hats.
• Strong attention to detail when matching paperwork and entering shipping info.
• Located locally in or near Kennedale, Arlington, Mansfield, or South Fort Worth.
