General Requirements
  • License: EASA, ICAO & FAA accepted
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ELP Level 4
Minimum Requirements
CAPTAINS
  • Monthly Salary - $10,100
  • Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
  • Minimum 1,500 PIC hours
  • Minimum 200 hours on A320 in the last 12-18 months
  • Maximum acceptable age up to 60 years
Exception: Candidates with Captain/PIC experience who do not yet meet minimum Captain flight hour requirements may be considered for FO roles if willing to join as First Officers.
