NEW Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift
Location: Oklahoma
Up to $10K Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (On-Call)
We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery RNs to join a close-knit team at a smaller, patient-focused facility. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Highlights:
- 8 L&D rooms + 2 surgical suites
- Approximately 70 deliveries per month
- Strong team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate)
- Monitor and evaluate patient status throughout labor and delivery
- Document care accurately using proper medical terminology
- Support discharge planning and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement and educational activities
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Oklahoma or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive pay: $33 $51/hr
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (for candidates outside 71-mile radius, 2-year commitment)
