Work Dates Needed: any shifts full time or part time this need will go through all of 2026 have 1-2 providers working there almost 2 years so no end date unless provider wants to stop Preferred Schedule: Days/Nights 12s or 24hr shifts are allowed but cant do 24hr shifts until after the 1st month. Client wants to see provider can handle busy environment first. No set schedule the shifts are very sporadic and first provider to confirm the shifts gets them. Client sends out all dates needed for future coverage usually 60 days in advance. Cant start confirming shifts until provider has completed credentialing and file date is set to go before the hospital board for approval. Scope of Work: it is a freestanding ER/UC. The doctor must work both types. The urgent care is open from 9a-9p. All the rooms are used for both UC and ER. There is no physical separation. Anything that comes in after those hours is considered (and billed) emergency medicine. The avg. # of ER patients per day (24 hrs) is around 32. The avg. number of UC patients is around 60. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must be ABEM AOBEM BC/BE client will allow doctor to get perm license or use IMLC. EMR: EPIC
