Work Dates Needed: Estimated Start Date:- 06/01/2026 to 8/4/2026 Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call (M-F, 8am to 5pm). Cardio West will also need the following weekends covered: July 24th to August 2nd, each month the 3rd week will consist of 7 days. Worksite Setting: Outpatient Scope of Work: Outpatient - General Cardiology, Echocardiography, STEMI, Heart biopsy, Atherectomy, Electrophysiology. Position will be clinic and hospital Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ State License, IMLC, Board Certified, ACLS, DEA EMR: Cerner Pay Rate Preferred: $2200 - $2500 Daily $350 Beeper Call Back (rates negotiable) Additional Details:- Are temporary privileges available?: Yes Patients Per Shift: hospital 5-20 clinic 25-30 Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers?: Yes PA/NPs: 1 St. Joseph's is Level 1 hospital and St. Mary's does not have a designation."
