Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Neurologist to join a growing neurology program in Western New York. This role offers a high level of clinical autonomy within a supportive, system affiliated practice, with opportunities in both outpatient neurology and inpatient rounding. Practice Model & Clinical Scope Solo neurology practice model with strong system and specialty support. Combination of outpatient neurology clinic and inpatient rounding at a regional hospital in Jamestown. Outpatient focus on general neurology consultations, with the opportunity to perform onsite EMG procedures. Inpatient rounding to manage acute neurological conditions in hospitalized patients. EEG studies performed at the hospital and interpreted in collaboration with neurology providers. Robust primary care referral network ensuring consistent patient volume and continuity of care. Fully integrated electronic medical record (Epic) across the health system. Compensation & Benefits Enhanced compensation package with productivity incentive. $50,000 sign on bonus. Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program. American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Neurology. Candidates at all career stages are encouraged, including new graduates and experienced physicians. Salary Range Minimum Salary Range: $290,000 Maximum Salary Range: $370,000+
