Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Family Medicine Physician to join an established primary care group in Western New York. This is a full?time, outpatient?focused role in a community?oriented practice connected to a larger integrated health system, offering strong support and long?term career growth. Practice Environment Established team of multiple physicians and Advanced Practice Providers serving 10,000+ patient lives. Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider support in the office. Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record across the health system. Outpatient?only call schedule supporting a strong work?life balance. Compensation & Benefits Enhanced compensation package including productivity and quality incentives. Residency stipend (dependent on immigration needs). $50,000 sign?on bonus.
