Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Guidance Center
Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Overview:
Our Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a behavioral health setting, including admissions, discharges, medication administration, and treatments. This role also ensures accurate documentation and supports patient and family education to promote safe, effective care. New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to grow and develop in a supportive environment for both ASN and BSN candidates.
Position Offers:
7:00 PM 7:30 AM, 3 days per week
Competitive compensation: $43 $48 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient admissions and discharges
Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Provide patient and family education and support
Monitor patient status and report changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support treatment plans
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or eligible
ASN or BSN accepted
New graduate nurses encouraged to apply
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work overnight shifts in a behavioral health setting
Fingerprint clearance card (assistance provided if needed)
