Work Dates Needed: ASAP and Ongoing Schedule: Clinic & Call M - 5, 8am - 5pm 1 Week Call per Month (M-M) Worksite Setting: Inpatients and Outpatient Scope of Work: 15 patients per shift / Experience with MS / Read EEG Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: WA Lic or IMLC / DEA / BC Must be experienced with treating Multiple Sclerosis. We need providers who are certified with the TOUCH Prescribing Program to prescribe Tysabri. EMR: EPIC
