Schedule: In clinic 8a-5p, in hospital call coverage 24 hour shiftPractice Setting: Clinic, Call, and Hospital.Reason for Coverage: Difficulty filling open positions, community OB/GYN retiring out of call group.Number of Physicians in Practice: 2Will Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Yes-2 providers and then share call with the Center for Family HealthHow Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2.5 FTE in the clinicNumber of Exam Rooms: 10Onsite Lab & Utrasound: YESSupport Staff: RNs for intake, MAs, CSR (front desk support).Documentation System/EMR: EPICTrauma Level 2Required Procedures:Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.)High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.Labor and Delivery Required Procedures:Routine Delivery Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-SectionComplicated Delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc.VBACsRepair of 3rd & 4th Degree LacerationsGynecology Required Procedures:Office/Minor Gynecology IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.Surgical Gynecology Open
