A day shift Hospitalist is needed at an academic hospital in New Haven County, Connecticut, for a non-teaching role. Job Function: Join a collaborative team of physicians specializing in the care of hospitalized patients. Support a team of 8+ day-shift physicians and 2 nocturnists by helping to fill scheduling needs. Follow a 7-on/7-off schedule with no teaching responsibilities, as a separate service line manages residents. Work in a closed ICU setting; procedures are optional, not required.
