General Cardiologist - Western South Dakota Opportunity Overview Join a physician-led cardiovascular practice delivering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology care. This role is ideal for a General Cardiologist seeking strong clinical support, excellent work life balance, and high procedural volume in a growing regional program. Clinical Practice Inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations Echo (TTE/TEE), nuclear stress testing, and stress echo interpretation Advanced imaging (CT, MRI, PET/CT, vascular duplex) welcome but not required Strong hospitalist and intensivist support Dedicated read days Max clinic volume: 16 patients/day Call & Schedule Shared call: 1:6 , home call only In-house nocturnal APP support Inpatient rotation: 1:6 weeks (no clinic during inpatient weeks) Two-physician day-call model with robust APP coverage Compensation & Benefits $613,000 guaranteed base salary (2 years) Quarterly productivity bonuses Full production from day one (no partnership track) Generous PTO and paid CME Malpractice with tail coverage Relocation assistance Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Retirement: 403(b) with match + employer-funded 457(b) Personal office with dedicated nurse and APP support Program Highlights Region s largest cardiovascular program Structural heart services including TAVR, MitraClip, TriClip, LAAO, PFO/ASD closure Annual volumes:
