CRNA Locum Tenens Opportunity (Arizona) Specialty: CRNA Location: Arizona Start: ASAP End: Ongoing Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00a to 5:00p Call: Rotating night call approximately every 12 weeks. Primary call is in house. Secondary call response time is 30 minutes. Setting: Hospital based anesthesia practice (CRNA practice) Position Overview Support coverage across OR and OB services with a rotating call structure. Approximate annual case volume: 6,500. Case mix includes General, Orthopedic, and OB and GYN. Must be proficient in epidurals, spinals, and ultrasound guided anesthesia. Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks). EMR: Cerner. Required Qualifications CRNA. Board certification (NBCRNA). ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Ability to provide independent CRNA coverage as required by the site. Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided) Education diploma (MSN, CRNA, etc.). NBCRNA board certificate. ACLS and PALS copies. Case logs within the past 2 years. Driver license (color copy). Professional photo. Current CMEs. Immunizations plus TB and flu documentation per site requirements. Background check. Incentives and Selling Points Completion bonus: $3,000 for providers who work 12 consecutive full weeks at a location with ongoing needs.
