Physician / Emergency Medicine / Illinois / Locum or Permanent / Emergency Medicine Physician Job

Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, 6+ shifts a month
Preferred Schedule: 6A-6P, 6P-6A, 24hr coverage
Worksite Setting: Inpatient, 16-bed, 25K annual ED volume, Certified Stroke Center by the Joint Commission.
Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL License, BC, Active DEA for the state of application and CSR if needed per state in hand.
EMR: Epic
