Outpatient clinic. Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule. No call, no weekends, no rounding. See 12-15 patients per day with 45 minutes appointments. Adult through Geriatric patients. Experience with Chronic Disease management required. Director and Staff positions available. Base salary of $220,000+ plus full benefits, relocation assistance and retention bonuses.
