  • Begins upon successful credentialing (30 days or less)
  • ASAP - Ongoing
  • Monday - Friday (8 Hour shifts only)
  • Call 1:3
  • 7 ORs (Adult Only)
  • Cases: B&B & Ortho, Spinals, OB, PEDS (Healthy)
  • No Heads, Hearts
  • CRNA works independently
  • EMR: Med Host
