  • Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm (8-hour clinic day)
  • 6-month initial commitment with ability to extend
  • Treating all ages
  • General Dentistry Diagnosis and general management of teeth, care and treatment of oral disease, general dental procedures and prescribing
    • Facility can also use Pediatric Dentist
  • 10-12 patients per day
  • Any state license accepted
  • Roughly 8-week credentialing period
  • Travel and Lodging can be accommodated
