San Antonio General Dentistry - Perm Opening

• 3 days per week considered full-time
• Includes:
  • One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday: 9 AM 5 PM)
  • Two weekdays (7 AM 7 PM)
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired
• No call required

• 8 12 new/recare patients per shift
• 3 5 emergency exams daily
• Restorative schedule managed at provider discretion

• Preferred procedures: Surgical extractions and select endodontics
• Advanced technology including:
  • CBCT
  • iTero scanners
  • AI-assisted diagnostics
  • Implant and surgical equipment
  • Rotary endodontics
  • Nitrous and oral conscious sedation

• Fee-for-service and PPO only
• High-volume hygiene program generating consistent exam flow
• Smart scheduling approach to balance productivity and reduce burnout
• Strong support system with experienced assistants and treatment coordinators

• First 90 Days:
  • Daily guarantee OR 30% of production (whichever is greater)
• Ongoing:
  • 30% of net monthly production
