Schedule

  • 5x8s per week (8:00 AM 5:00 PM, flexible)
  • 6 night call shifts per month

Practice Setting

  • 99-bed rural acute care hospital
  • 5 6 starts per day
  • deliveries per month
  • CRNAs work largely independently with 24/7 supervision/support available
  • Support staff: Anesthesiologists, OR team, Pre/Post-Op staff
  • Charting: Allscripts (preferred experience)

Case Mix

  • Bread and butter general cases
  • OB (epidurals required)
  • ENT (limited peds exposure)
  • No heads, hearts, or trauma

Patient Breakdown (approximate):

  • Majority adult cases
  • OB focus (epidurals required)
  • Small percentage adolescent/peds ENT
