Holistic provider / Does not do traditional dentistry

5 operatories 2 ops for Dental Hygienist

Staff 2 Front Office, 3 DA, 1 OM, and 1 Dentist

High-end equipment and technology All digital, saddle chair if needed

Immediate scheduling availability 1-hour appts. 8 patients minimum, 10-12 can be done. Outgoing DTH will train before she leaves.

Dental Hygienist Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8-3 or 8-4

Dental Hygienist Compensation & Benefits:

$45-$50 an hour

Sign-on $5,000 paid after 90 days

Bonus 2 bonus systems. A dental hygienist can choose which. Full office: $400-$500; Own production: $600-$700. Paid at the end of the month.
