$300K Dentistry Job Iowa Metro Part Time Option 4 Day Week, 8 Weeks PTO

• Four experienced dentists eager to welcome a new partner; mentorship available
• Day-one volume driven by rapid growth of young families in the area
• Diverse patient panel, primarily pediatric (through age 18) with some adults
• Support and opportunity to perform advanced dental procedures
• Two assistants per dentist, 6 hygienists
• 4-day workweek with built-in and remote admin time
• 7-8 weeks PTO
• No weekends, no call
• Part-time option
• Leadership and teaching opportunities
• Visa support
• HPSA score: 7
• New grads and experienced candidates considered
Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary: $180,000-$250,000 (experience-based)
• Monthly production bonus after 9 patients/session
• Most dentists earn $35K-$40K+ annually in bonuses
• Top earners: $250K-$300K+ total compensation
• No cap on earnings
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CE, student loan repayment
