Location: Novato, CA

Title: RN Case Manager-Home Health

Pay Rate: Local: $60/hr ($2,400 Weekly Gross)

Travel rate: $70/hr ($2,806 Weekly gross)

Start Date: 06/02/2025

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Shift: 5 x8-Hour

Shift Notes: Days, 40hrs/Week, Weekends and Holidays as needed

Positions: 3

Req: BLS, CA State RN License, COVID Vaccine, Home Health experience as a Case Manager

2+ Years Experience in the specialty is a Required
