  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician
  • CMO opportunity available as well if desired
  • Outpatient primary care clinic

  • Clinic is open from Mon-Fri 8-6 typically
  • 18+/- patients per day
  • Ages vary per provider
