Social Worker, MSW, Renal (days, 7:30am-4:30pm) in ID

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker with an MSW degree to join our Renal team. This role offers day shifts from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychosocial support to patients with renal conditions
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
  • Advocate for patient needs and rights
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Licensed Social Worker in the state of Idaho
  • Experience working with renal patients is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
